Welcome to the Sample Management Office (SMO) Superfund Customer Service site, your access point to the Contract Laboratory Program Support Systems (CLPSS). CLPSS and its component applications are operated by CSC under EPA contract EP-W-06-046.

You may use this site to access selected SMO Web-based applications to which you have access rights. Once you have completed the login process, you will be prompted to select the desired application. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:
The SMO Superfund Customer Sites will be temporarily unavailable each day at 3:00 AM and again at 12:30 PM for Systems Maintenance. Scheduled monthly maintenance will occur on the first Sunday of each month between the hours of 9 AM and 1 PM. You will be able to login and upload your data for self-inspection purposes; however the e-mails containing the report will be distributed on the first come first serve basis after 1:00 PM.
